The Return of Dr Mabuse (1961)

Before the James Bond 007 movie Goldfinger, Gert Fröbe made two British-German movies featuring the diabolic mad scientist Doctor Mabuse and his nemesis, Commissioner Lohmann.

Maneater (1969)

Burt Reynolds plays Caine, a gunrunner who becomes stranded in a small port called Port Sudan in the Red Sea. He meets an attractive woman who propositions him to dive into shark-infested waters off the coast for scientific research. Caine realizes the woman and her partner are actually treasure hunters. Filming took place for nine weeks in 1967, in Manzanillo, Mexico, which stood in for the Sudan. During production, one of the film's stuntmen, Jose Marco, was attacked and killed on camera by a white shark that broke through protective netting. The attack was captured on film and prompted a photo spread in Life magazine. The title was changed to Shark! to cash in on the controversy. It was later re-issued as Maneater when Jaws came out. A great adventure film!

The Devils Hand (1962)

He finds a doll that resembles his fiancé, but the owner Francis Lamont delivers another doll to him, with the face of the woman of his dreams, Bianca Milan. Rick looks for Bianca and is seduced and convinced by her to join a sect that worships the diabolic Camba, while the health of Donna is threatened by Francis and Bianca. Starring Linda Christian, Robert Alda, and Ariadne Welter. Best not to go into those weird doll shops… a creepy, sexy horror movie.

The Sirius lands in Venus and Commander Brendan Lockhart, Andre Ferneau and Hans Walter explore the planet and are attacked by prehistoric animals. They use a vehicle to seek Kern and Sherman while collecting samples from the planet. Meanwhile John helps the two cosmonauts to survive in the hostile land. They kill the animal without knowing that it is worshiped and considered the God Terah by Venusians women that use their powerful connection with nature to destroy the invaders.
